I am sooooo excited!!! Thanks to some of my wonderful prim sisters i have decided to start a collection of dolls. I have no idea how many will be in this series.... but i do know it will be fun creating all of them! The theme of my collection is "A Bit of Vintage Whimsy". I will be taking vintage images from old postcards, greeting cards and things as my inspiration.
My first doll in the series is a pretty make do doll, inspired by a vintage Valentine postcard from artist Ellen Clapsaddle. I am working on another doll right now from another Ellen Clapsaddle postcard.... can't wait to see how she comes out!

She is my first St Patrick's doll.... i think ever. I guess i just have been so focused over the years on Valentine's Day and Easter that i forget about St Patrick's Day until it's too late.
